What's New For 2023?
At first glance, the 2023 Acura RDX is very similar to the 2022 Acura RDX. However, the exterior design has been slightly altered with stronger lines to make it look more aggressive and sporty. Inside, the differences are noticeable with better premium leather trim, an incredible 3D audio system, and a free three-year plan to enjoy Acura's connectivity system. Acura has also improved the sound dampening of the interior, and it feels much better to drive without hearing outside noise.

Interior & Exterior Options
Inside the 2023 Acura RDX, everything is made to make you feel comfortable, from the high-end leather design to the moon roof and touch-controlled multimedia centre. You can also benefit from power-adjustable seats with a memory system for up to two people. The design of the interior is both luxurious and sporty, with metal pedals and a 3D sound system.
The exterior appears aggressive with dual exhausts, a feral-looking vehicle with LED lighting and fog lights. However, it's also modern, with sensors everywhere to wash your rear camera, wipe the windscreen, and powered side mirrors that fold automatically when parked.
Engine & Consumption
Both RDX models offered this year have a 2.0 Litre, 16-valve, Direct Injection, turbocharged 4-cylinder engine under the hood, delivering 272 horsepower. It's a powerful engine, especially considering it's only a 2.0 Litre.
Furthermore, this engine only consumes 11.3 Litres in the city, 9.1L on the highway, and 10.3 combined for every 100 km driven.
Safety & Driver-Assistance
Safety is paramount for Acura, and the RDX comes packed with the best features to protect you, whichever model you pick. With the RDX, you get a forward collision warning system, various braking assists like automatic emergency braking, and an electronic brake-force distribution.
Driving will always be a pleasure, thanks to the adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, and traffic sign recognition systems.
Models & Pricing
The 2023 Acura RDX exists in two models, with the A-SPAC starting at $54,700 and the Platinum Elite A-SPEC starting at $60,100.
Both vehicles offer the same 2.0 L, 16 valves, and a direct injection engine delivering 272 horsepower. However, the pricier Platinum Elite A-SPEC includes more features like a coloured HUD display, a 12V output in the cargo area, second-row temperature control, or 16-way power adjustable driver's and front passenger's seat.
